It was such a fine day on Monday that I took my grandson to Brighton marina, we’d checked the tide times so we knew we’d find some rock pools. I didn’t expect to be the only people on the beach though! It was delightful, there was lots of sand to dig and best of all as the tide was way out there were lots of pools to investigate. We walked out to sea too over all the huge rocks where there was more sand to dig.
Wildlife was scarce but we did surprise this little crab that must have woken up when Asher invaded his pool.
